Pricing: laptop prices depend on international supplier costs and exchange rates and may change without notice. For high-value products we recommend confirming the latest price before checkout.
Warranty: new products carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Used and refurbished products carry a 3 month shop warranty. Physical damage, liquid damage and unauthorised repair void all warranty.
Returns: items may be returned within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging. Software, consumables and gift vouchers are non-returnable.
Delivery: delivery is free islandwide for orders over Rs. 100,000.00. Below that threshold a delivery charge applies based on destination.
Payments: card payments carry a 3% convenience fee and Koko instalments carry a 9% convenience fee. These are shown at checkout before you confirm.
